General Manager & Winemaker

Praisy leads the HER Wine Collection with deep expertise and a larger purpose. With decades of industry experience and formal training from Elsenburg Agricultural College, she combines technical skill with empathy and vision. Praisy is passionate about opening doors for others and guiding the team toward excellence in every bottle they craft.

Ruth Faro

Viticulturist

Ruth brings her love of soil, vines and growth to HER’s vineyards. Trained through people-focused development programs and viticulture skills courses, she ensures the vineyards remain healthy and productive. Ruth is committed to creating opportunities for more young people to enter viticulture and contribute to sustainable farming.

Onida Morilly

Junior Brand Manager

Onida fuels the brand’s energy through her organisational skills and creativity. With a background in tourism and event planning, she brings fresh ideas to tastings, events and brand experiences. Onida thrives on growth and enjoys learning from her team, especially while shaping how HER connects with audiences.

Jody-Ann Appolis

Logisitics

Jody-Ann keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, managing logistics with precision and resourcefulness. Growing up in a wine-farm community, she adapted quickly from hands-on roles to handling complex distribution. Her journey reflects determination, practicality and a love for making things happen.

Human Resources Officer

Jeanine brings structure and care to the team’s growth and well-being. With experience in human resources and leadership roles, she focuses on training, development and empowering teammates. Jeanine’s dedication is rooted in helping others grow their skills and confidence within the business.

Accountant

Janine balances numbers and life with steady focus and commitment. With formal training in financial management and hands-on experience, she supports the team’s financial integrity while studying further.
