Shipping Policy

At Her Wine Collection, we want your wine to arrive safely, swiftly, and ready to enjoy. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


1. Delivery Area We currently deliver within South Africa only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Costs Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping is available when you purchase any 6 or more bottles of HER wine in a single order.

3. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times once dispatched are 2–5 business days for major urban centres and 5–7 business days for outlying or rural areas. These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Her Wine Collection.

5. Age Verification on Delivery In compliance with South African liquor legislation, a person aged 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for your delivery. If no qualifying adult is available, the delivery will not be completed and a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

6. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Deliveries If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@herwinecollection.co.za or WhatsApp 060 551 5989 with your order number. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Risk & Responsibility Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Her Wine Collection takes care to package all orders securely, but we encourage you to inspect your delivery before signing.

9. Failed Deliveries If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, absence of a qualifying adult, or failure to collect from a depot within the required period, re-delivery costs will be for the customer's account.
