Primary Fermentation
The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed to extract pure juice, which is then naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks and some in old oak barrels to retain freshness and develop complexity. Base wines are then carefully blended and bottled for secondary fermentation for 18-24 months.
