Vineyard
The 2025 harvest experienced sustained heat, supporting uniform ripening across regions. Lower crop loads from both young and established vineyards resulted in concentrated fruit with optimal sugar levels, balanced pH, and good acid retention. Enhanced phenolic maturity contributed to Chenin Blanc wines with defined structure, textural precision, and layered complexity.
Winemaking
Different vineyard parcels were harvested sequentially at optimal physiological ripeness. Grapes were crushed immediately on receipt at the cellar, followed by juice clarification. Clear juice was pumped to temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation. Each batch was matured separately to preserve site expression before being carefully blended to optimise structural balance, aromatic integration, and overall complexity.
